Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing Time

We aim to process all orders within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Orders placed after business hours or on weekends will begin processing the next business day.

You will receive an order confirmation email once your order has been placed and a shipping confirmation email once your order has shipped.


2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. We offer the following options:

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on location, weather conditions, holidays, or carrier delays.


3. Shipping Locations

Currently, we ship to:

  • All 50 U.S. states

  • U.S. territories

  • APO/FPO/DPO military addresses

International shipping is not available at this time.


4. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. You can use this to monitor your package's progress until delivery.


5. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order is lost or arrives damaged:

  • Contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at barrysunshinet@outlook.com or call (502) 265-5174.

  • We will work with the carrier to locate your package or initiate a claim if necessary.

  • For damaged items, please include clear photos of the product and packaging.


6. Local Pickup

Customers in the Louisville area can choose Free Local Pickup at checkout. We will notify you by email when your order is ready for pickup at:
