Returns & Refunds

1. Our Return Promise

At BARRY INNOVATIVE HORIZONS, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help make it right.

We accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date, provided the item is in new, unused condition with all original packaging, tags, and receipts.

2. Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Opened or used items

  • Clearance or final sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Personal gear like water bottles, socks, undergarments, etc.

3. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please:

  1. Email us at barrysunshinet@outlook.com with your order number, reason for return, and photos (if applicable).

  2. Wait for confirmation and return instructions from our team.

  3. Ship the item back to us using the provided instructions or bring it in-store if you're local.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Note: Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).

5. Exchanges

Need a different size or color? Contact us to request an exchange. If the item is in stock, we’ll hold it for you and ship it out once your original item is returned and approved.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the item and packaging. We’ll work quickly to resolve the issue.

If you're in the Louisville area, you can return items in person at:
